Eligibility and Registration
Use or membership is void where prohibited. Venturing-Out.com is intended for persons 16 years of age or older. By registering with Venturing-Out services, you represent and warrant that you are 16 years of age or older, all registration information you provide is truthful and accurate and you will maintain the accuracy of this information. As part of the registration process you will be asked to select a username and password, you are entirely responsible for all activities occurring under your personal profile and for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. If you provide any false or misleading information or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is false or misleading, or if you breach the intellectual property or proprietary rights of others we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse all current or future use of our website.

Proprietary Rights
Venturing-Out does not claim any ownership rights over the content you submit, post or display under your personal profile. After submitting, posting or displaying your content, you continue to retain all ownership rights that you may have in your personal profile and you are responsible for protecting those rights as appropriate. By submitting, posting or displaying your content, you hereby grant to Venturing-Out a limited license to use, modify, delete from, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely in connection with the Venturing-Out Service. It is necessary for Venturing-Out to satisfy technical requirements by reformatting content to allow its use throughout the Venturing-Out Service.
The license you grant to Venturing-Out is a worldwide, non-exclusive (meaning you are free to license your content to anyone else in addition to Venturing-Out), fully paid and royalty-free (meaning Venturing-Out is not required to pay you for the use of our website or the content that you post). At the time you remove your personal profile and its contents from Venturing-Out this license will terminate. The license does not grant Venturing-Out the right to sell your content. You represent and warrant that; you own the content posted by you; the posting of your content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, copyrights, contract rights or an other rights of any person or entity. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owing to any person by reason of any content posted by you on or through the Venturing-Out Service.
Venturing-Out is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws and retains all rights in the Venturing-Out Service. You may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display or sell any of Venturing-Out proprietary information without the prior written permission of the Company.
User Conduct
The service and site are available for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use this website for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. Venturing-Out.com reserves the right to remove any material, which might be offensive, illegal, or violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of users and others. It is your responsibility to ensure that all content that you post through the service will not infringe or violate the rights of any third party. In addition you are also solely responsible for any information you upload, publish or display in your user profile or share with other users.
You may not use this service to:

Applicable Laws
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland, and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Queensland and all appellate Courts, in respect of any disputes arising in connection with the website, or any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices or any matter related to or in connection therewith.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Venturing-Out, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, employees, contractors, officers and directors from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including legal fees that arise from or in connection with any user content, you post or share on or through the website, your conduct in connection with the website or other members or users of the website, any violation of these Terms of Use or the rights of any third party.
General
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Venturing-Out regarding the use of the website. Failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision in that or any other instance. If any provision of these Terms is unlawful, void or unenforceable that provision is deemed severable from these Terms of Use, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
